9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at response@qikinamumisokux.mobi. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ontario, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
